Kendall Koehne,
Administrator of Real Estate Compliance. Kendall
moved to Central Florida with
her family in 1970. She
owns and manages several residential and commercial properties in
Central
Florida.
Kendall has been very successful in building
and maintaining strong customer relations through her commitment to
customer service, reliability, and knowledge of the industry. Kendall
has been helping buyers and sellers in the Real Estate Industry for
many years. She has
experience from various real estate markets in Florida and, in addition to her Florida
Broker’s License, Kendall also holds a Real Estate License in the
State of Texas.
Kendall’s
experience prior to her Real Estate career enables her to be
invaluable as Administrator of Real Estate Compliance for Florida
RanchLand Realty, Inc.
Preceding her real estate career, Kendall was very successful
in the field of Human Resources and was employed for over 10 years
by two major corporations in the Central
Florida area.
Kendall graduated Cum Laude from the University of
Central Florida
with a Bachelors degree in Business
Administration.
Kendall
is very active in her community and belongs to several community
associations. She was
recently elected to the position of 2009 Treasurer of the Lake
County CattleWomen’s Association and holds membership with the
State Florida CattleWomen's Association. Kendall is also a Life
Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, as well as a
Volunteer on the World’s Championship Bar-B-Que
Committee.
