Alison Mullany - Owner of
Florida RanchLand Realty, Inc., Licensed Real Estate Broker,
Graduate of the Realtor Institute. Alison has been a resident
of Central Florida since 1970, and a resident of Lake
County since
1980. She and her husband, Tom, have been married
for twenty years and have an 11 year old daughter, Ashley. The
Mullany family own and operate a Lake County based cattle ranch
where they raise beef cattle and breed Quarter Horses for their own
personal use on their ranch. Alison has been involved in the
agricultural real estate market for nearly 20 years. She
has very successfully incorporated her love for livestock and
agriculture into her real estate business by combining her real
estate and agricultural knowledge and experience. Alison's success
is also based on her reputation of being a professional, well
informed Real Estate Broker - the kind of individual folks know they
can count on and trust.
Alison
is a career Real Estate Broker, holding her Broker’s license
for over 11 years. She has consistently reached the
required volume in annual real estate sales which allows

Alison
was recently re-elected to serve a second three year
Directorship term for the REALTORS® Association of Lake and Sumter
Counties, which shows the community respect she holds is also
felt by her real
estate peers.
Alison
is also very active in her community and is currently serving
her fourth term as Secretary for the Lake County
Cattlemen's Association. She is a very active member and Past
President of the Lake County CattleWomen's Association,
and she was the 2007 - 2009 Fundraising Committee
Co-Chair and 2009 Recording Secretary for the (State)
Florida CattleWomen's Association. Alison and her family
are members of the Florida Agricultural Museum, Bay Lake 4-H Club, Bay
Lake Baptist Church , Florida
Cattlemen's Association, National Cattlemen's Beef Association, and
the Florida Bowhunter's Council.
In the past
Alison participated in the Great Florida Cattle Drive '06
Planning Committee and was the Public Relations Director for
the Kissimmee Valley Trail Ride. She and Tom also served
as committee members of the Osceola County Wagon Train and
Trail Ride, Inc.
Alison's
